Job Context:
∎ Contract Duration - 31 March 2022
∎ Start Date - As soon as possible.
∎ Define the content, organize and supervise the hygiene promotion sessions with the targeted populations & innovative initiatives to promote Hygiene Promotion at camp level and host community.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Objective 1: Planning and implementation
∎ Ensure implementation of the Hygiene promotional activities based on the proposal and or defined by the manager.
∎ Validate the relevance of the intervention area, the selection of beneficiaries.
∎ Plan the activities according to the development of the project.
∎ Follow the activity advancement by regular visits.
∎ Defining the approach and presenting the activities with local stakeholders.
∎ Identify and anticipate problems or constrain
∎ Understand context and propose improvement and/or new activities to reach objectives.
∎ Ensure Proper activity report filling.
∎ Objective 2: Monitoring and Capacity building
∎ Regular monitor the hygiene promotional activities at field level.
∎ Identify gaps and needs as well as ensure volunteers capacity building for session facilitation
∎ Organizing the various day observations with participative activities.
∎ Objective 3: Conducting and follow up of HP session, WASH Committee and beneficiaries capacity building activities
∎ Regular follow up and monitoring the HP activities at field level.
∎ Conduct training for different Committee, volunteers and stakeholders in collaboration with local authority and external partners.
∎ Assist to Deputy Program Manager for preparing training budget.
∎ Development of the IEC/ BCC materials and training module considering the context.
∎ Objective 4: Effective Collaboration and Cross-cutting Issues
∎ Defining the approach with local stakeholders, other organizations and LGIs.
∎ Develop an approach that create community demand and change community behaviours.
∎ Objective 5: Reporting
∎ Ensure daily and weekly update to the line manager
∎ Ensure monthly qualitative and quantitative report from the field level
∎ Ensure different event and training report
∎ Objective 6 : Efficient management of the field stock
∎ Ensure proper documentation of the received and delivered materials in the field level
∎ Ensure the quality of the materials in the field level or in the base level
∎ Ensure the availability and proper use of the materials in the field level
∎ Ensure steps of stock management (stock card, bin card etc.) as per the ACF policy including physical inventory when needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in IEC/ BCC materials development,
∎ Experience on PHAST, PRA, RRA, KAP survey
∎ Knowledge on qualitative and quantitative research tools.
∎ Experience in Photoshop and Illustrator software and related software
∎ Experience in SPHINX, KoBo, ODK or related software will be added value
∎ Good in English (written and verbal)

Salary: Tk. 71000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 1-month basic salary twice per year.
∎ Provident Fund: 7.5% of Basic Salary.
∎ Performance Bonus: Depending on performance.
∎ End of Contract Benefits: As per organization policy.
