Experience:

Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in the fashion or handicraft industry or Graphic Designer.

 Proven experience in product development and artisan-based production systems.

 Software skills like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and similar others.

 Strong creative and technical design skills.

 Ability to train and mentor artisans and staff.

 Knowledge of fabrics, materials, and production processes.

 Market-oriented and innovation-driven mindset.

 Good communication and teamwork skills.

Maximum 40 years (Age is flexible for deserving applicants)

Jagorani Chakra Foundation (JCF) is a national voluntary social welfare organization. JCF is going to implement CHARKA: Women Entrepreneurs Empowering Women Project supported by EDUCO. To ensure the quality implementation of the project, JCF intends to recruit project staff for this leadership position from qualified candidates of Bangladeshi nationals.

Job Responsibility:

 Develop and implement business development and marketing strategies for CHARKA products.

 Promote CHARKA products through online platforms, including F-commerce, E-Commerce and social media.

 Establish and maintain linkages with buyers, retailers, and market actors.

 Support product innovation through market feedback and trend analysis.

 Coordinate raw materials sourcing and ensure quality checks.

 Support branding, promotional campaigns, and sales events.

 Prepare market analysis, sales reports, and performance documentation.

 Follow the organization's Child Safeguarding, Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), Gender, Whistle Blowing and other Policies.

Consolidated Tk. 27,692 per month and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
