  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in education programs and Training facilitation in NGO/INGO or other Development Organizations.

  • Minimum of three years' experience in supervising teachers of non-formal education.

  • Basic computer skills in MS-Office.

  • Host and Camp level working experience will be highly preferred.

  • Knowledge of the local language will be an asset.



Responsibilities & Context:

Jagorani Chakra Foundation (JCF) is a national voluntary social welfare organization. JCF is going to implement BGD HF- Countrywide Response 2025 Project supported by Save the Children. To ensure the quality implementation of the project, JCF intends to recruit project staff from qualified candidates of Bangladeshi nationals.

Job Responsibilities:

 Supervise, guide, and monitor the performance of Education Support Assistants assigned to Government Primary Schools (GPS).

 Prepare monthly work plans, monitoring schedules, and follow-up plans for field activities.

 Conduct regular field visits to Government Primary Schools to monitor project implementation and provide technical support.

 Coordinate with Upazila Education Office, Head Teachers, Assistant Teachers, School Management Committees (SMC), and relevant education authorities to ensure smooth implementation of project activities.

 Organize and facilitate teacher training, orientation sessions, workshops, review meetings, and other capacity-building events.

 Support the Supervisor in implementing education interventions and maintaining quality standards.

 90% field visit and 10% office work

 Maintain & Coordinate with the regular communication with the Project Coordinator, Supervisor, and MEAL Officer for data collection, monitoring, and assessments regarding project progress, challenges, and recommendations.

 Ensure timely collection, verification, compilation, and submission of field reports, attendance records, and activity reports.

 Support the distribution, utilization, and monitoring of teaching and learning materials (TLMs) and other project resources.

 Identify implementation challenges and recommend practical solutions to improve project performance.

 Facilitate community engagement, awareness meetings, and coordination with parents and local stakeholders to promote children's education.

 Conduct Climate Smart Education, Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), and Child Functioning Module (CFM) training for Education Support Assistants and relevant stakeholders.

 Coordinate and support the development and implementation of School Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) Plans.

 Coordinate the identification and assessment of children with disabilities using the Child Functioning Module (CFM).

 Coordinate the procurement and distribution of teaching, learning, and assistive device materials for schools and children with disabilities.

 Follow the organization's Child Safeguarding, Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), Gender, Money laundering, Whistle Blowing and other Policies.



Job Other Benifits:

    Consolidated Tk. 40,000 per month and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
