Experience:

• Age At most 40 years

• Minimum HSC pass; completion of an Optical Dispensing course will be an added advantage.

• At least 2 years of sales experiences with up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends in eyewear and optical systems.

• Skilled in taking accurate measurements for eyewear fitting.

• Experience in Spectacle sales and able to achieve sales target.

• Maximum 40 years’ of age. (may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates).

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Record keeping and documentation skills.

• Familiar with operating clinical software and basic computer skills in MS Office application.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing technical and administrative support to the Eye Specialist with the guidelines of SMC Diagnostic and Consultation Centre, Khulna. 

• Assist the Doctor during procedures, operating, maintaining and sterilizing eye unit, and performing other technical tasks by following the SOP.

• Maintain stock of the lenses and frames.

• Ensure continuous supplies of all necessary logistics within the expiry period are available to the service.

• Ensure patient safety by taking all required precautions to prevent spread of infection at the SMC Diagnostic and Consultation Centre.

• Keep all necessary documents and records of clients.

• Ensure confidentiality of information at all times. 

• Perform duty at evening shift 8 hours preferably from 2 pm daily and 6 days a week (except Friday).
