Experience:

3–5 years of experience in business development or marketing, preferably in the handicraft or SME sector.

 Experience in online marketing and digital sales platforms is highly desirable.

 Strong marketing and negotiation skills.

 Knowledge of handicraft/fashion markets.

 Digital marketing and social media management skills.

 Analytical and reporting abilities.

 Teamwork and coordination skills.

Maximum 40 years (Age is flexible for deserving applicants)

Jagorani Chakra Foundation (JCF) is a national voluntary social welfare organization. JCF is going to implement CHARKA: Women Entrepreneurs Empowering Women Project supported by EDUCO. To ensure the quality implementation of the project, JCF intends to recruit project staff for this leadership position from qualified candidates of Bangladeshi nationals.

Job Responsibility:

 Mobilize women artisans and producers into organized groups.

 Facilitate group sessions, meetings, and workshops with artisans and their families.

 Design and conduct capacity-building activities for skill development and livelihood improvement.

 Coordinate with designers and production teams to align training with production needs.

 Build relationships with community leaders and local stakeholders.

 Document community activities, progress, and lessons learned.

 Support social inclusion, gender equity, and participation of women artisans.

 Follow the organization's Child Safeguarding, Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), Gender, Whistle Blowing and other Policies.

Consolidated Tk. 27,692 per month and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
