Minimum 5–7 years of relevant work experience in project management within the fashion, handicraft, or related industry.

 Proven experience in business planning, financial management, and team leadership.

 Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and sales promotion in the fashion sector.

 Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

 Financial management and analytical skills.

 Excellent communication and coordination skills.

 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

 Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.



Responsibilities & Context:

Jagorani Chakra Foundation (JCF) is a national voluntary social welfare organization. JCF is going to implement CHARKA: Women Entrepreneurs Empowering Women Project supported by EDUCO. To ensure the quality implementation of the project, JCF intends to recruit project staff for this leadership position from qualified candidates of Bangladeshi nationals.

Job Responsibility:

 Lead overall project planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of the CHARKA initiative.

 Ensure effective execution of the CHARKA business plan and achievement of set targets.

 Manage project budgets, financial control, expenditure tracking, and financial reporting.

 Oversee branding, sales promotion, and market positioning of CHARKA products.

 Supervise and manage project staff, consultants, and service providers.

 Coordinate with designers, marketing officers, community teams, and external stakeholders.

 Develop partnerships with buyers, suppliers, and market actors.

 Ensure compliance with JCF policies, donor requirements, and quality standards.

 Prepare progress reports, business performance reports, and documentation.

 Follow the organization's Child Safeguarding, Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), Gender, Whistle Blowing and other Policies.



Job Other Benifits:

    Consolidated Tk. 60,000 per month and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
