Experience:
Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
Analytical ability and multitasking.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data management systems.
Proficiency in both Bangla and English languages, with verbal and written communication skills.
Community mobilization, networking, and partnership development.
Sound knowledge of digital media (photo/video capture and upload).
Commitment to gender equality, human rights, and child safeguarding.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Young people mobilization implementation.
Experience in rights based programming.
DRR, CCA and livelihood-related experience will be an added advantage.
Motorcycle driving skills with a valid license is required.
Plan and implement project activities aligned with the critical pathway and allocated budget.
Ensure regular communication, coordination with CSO’s & Communities.
Provide operational support and capacity building to field facilitators, community groups, youth groups, networks, Reflection Action Circles.
Capture quality photos and videos for documentation and timely uploading in the designated platforms.
Coordinate with local government, NGOs, private sectors, and community stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness.
Organize Youth and Women focused events to amplify voices of marginalized and foster a rights-based environment.
Prepare timely and accurate reports: weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual, including fact and figures, success stories, and case studies.
Participate in review and reflection sessions (PRRS), and represent the organization in local and national forums.
Uphold child protection, safeguarding, and PSHEA standards across all activities and interactions.
Support disaster risk reduction (DRR), climate change adaptation (CCA), and climate-resilient initiatives.
Perform any other tasks assigned by line management related to project and community engagement.
