Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 40 years
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Analytical ability and multitasking.

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data management systems.

  • Proficiency in both Bangla and English languages, with verbal and written communication skills.

  • Community mobilization, networking, and partnership development.

  • Sound knowledge of digital media (photo/video capture and upload).

  • Commitment to gender equality, human rights, and child safeguarding.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Young people mobilization implementation.

  • Experience in rights based programming.

  • DRR, CCA and livelihood-related experience will be an added advantage.

  • Motorcycle driving skills with a valid license is required.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Plan and implement project activities aligned with the critical pathway and allocated budget.

  • Ensure regular communication, coordination with CSO’s & Communities.

  • Provide operational support and capacity building to field facilitators, community groups, youth groups, networks, Reflection Action Circles.

  • Capture quality photos and videos for documentation and timely uploading in the designated platforms.

  • Coordinate with local government, NGOs, private sectors, and community stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness.

  • Organize Youth and Women focused events to amplify voices of marginalized and foster a rights-based environment.

  • Prepare timely and accurate reports: weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual, including fact and figures, success stories, and case studies.

  • Participate in review and reflection sessions (PRRS), and represent the organization in local and national forums.

  • Uphold child protection, safeguarding, and PSHEA standards across all activities and interactions.

  • Support disaster risk reduction (DRR), climate change adaptation (CCA), and climate-resilient  initiatives.

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by line management related to project and community engagement.
