Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a dynamic and field-driven environment.
Strong understanding of Bangladesh labor laws and HR governance frameworks.
Analytical thinking: ability to work with HR data, identify trends, and draw practical conclusions.

The role delivers reliable end-to-end HR operations across recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and compliance, and uses the data, field insight, and process knowledge gained from this work to inform HR decisions, shape HR practices, and support leadership in workforce and people strategy. The role partners closely with business units and reports to the Head of HR or his/her deligated authority.

Major Responsibilities
Act as a frontline HR partner, building engagement, trust, and a respectful, inclusive culture.
Identify recurring themes from employee queries, exit interviews, and field visits, and recommend solutions to HR leadership.
Support managers with goal setting, feedback, and performance challenges, and help refine performance tools.
Provide input on programme needs, talent readiness, and succession.
Analyse vacancy, attrition, and hiring trends to support annual workforce plans.
Partner with line managers on hiring strategies and role requirements, including field recruitment.
Run structured onboarding and use new-joiner feedback to improve it.
Build and maintain HR dashboards and reports to support leadership decisions.
Improve HR processes, support digitalisation and data quality, and standardise practices across location.
Coordinate with payroll, operations, and line managers, and give leadership timely briefing notes and HR support.
