Experience:

Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in the fashion or handicraft industry or Graphic Designer.

 Proven experience in product development and artisan-based production systems.

 Software skills like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and similar others.

 Strong creative and technical design skills.

 Ability to train and mentor artisans and staff.

 Knowledge of fabrics, materials, and production processes.

 Market-oriented and innovation-driven mindset.

 Good communication and teamwork skills.

Maximum 40 years (Age is flexible for deserving applicants)

Jagorani Chakra Foundation (JCF) is a national voluntary social welfare organization. JCF is going to implement CHARKA: Women Entrepreneurs Empowering Women Project supported by EDUCO. To ensure the quality implementation of the project, JCF intends to recruit project staff for this leadership position from qualified candidates of Bangladeshi nationals.

Job Responsibility:

§  Design and develop new products and collections in line with CHARKA’s brand identity.

§  Lead product development from concept to final production.

§  Train artisans and production staff on design, techniques, and quality standards.

§  Research market trends, customer preferences, and innovative design ideas.

§  Ensure product designs meet market demand and commercial viability.

§  Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and Marketing team.

§  Maintain design documentation and product samples.

§  Follow the organization's Child Safeguarding, Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), Gender, Whistle Blowing and other Policies.

Consolidated Tk. 46,154 per month and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
