Educational Requirements:
∎ The incumbent should have a Master's degree from any public or private university (preferably in Civil/Environmental engineering, URP or social science department).
∎ Skills Required: Wash Related practical and technical competence

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Communication, Computer Operating, Computer skill, Others
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as the focal person for WASH related projects in the organizations. Plan and manage Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) activities at the field level, including financial and human resources, in collaboration with other organization of related sectors.
∎ Support the field in carrying out selection, design, and construction of appropriate water and sanitation systems including: Water treatment, fecal sludge management (FSM), solid waste management, construction of WATSAN facilities etc.
∎ Visit field sites as required to ensure timely and qualitative implementation
∎ Integrate public health concepts into water, sanitation and hygiene activities and ensure close collaboration with health and other sectors, including hygiene promotion and community mobilization.
∎ Ensure that the project engages local stakeholders and develop local capacity for longer-term sustainability.
∎ Contribute to preparing plans, proposals and budgets for new projects.
∎ Maintain regular and effective communication with field staff, head office and donor representative through both verbal and written correspondence
∎ Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Technical and practical competence in WASH including experience in SW and FS management, hygiene promotion programs and related activities.
∎ Excellent knowledge and use of the internet, Microsoft packages and other skills
∎ Excellent knowledge of WASH project management with at least 5 to 8 years of experience in NGOs/development sector.
∎ Excellent written and oral English language skills
∎ Excellent communication cooperation and interpersonal skills

Salary: Tk. 40000 - 45000 (Monthly)
