Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in Management or relevant Discipline, preferably advance training on Stock Management.
∎ Skills Required: Good in english, MS Office, Professionalism; Hardworking; Problem solving skills.

∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Contract Duration - 31 December 2020.
∎ Identify the materials entering and outing and check the quality and quantity along with ensure follow-up of stocks and pay particular attention to use-by dates of food and medicine and other materials. Draw up a monthly physical inventory and write an inventory report, keep all documents related to stock management up to date.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Objective 1: Ensure Management of the Base stocks:
∎ Identify the materials entering and outing and check the quality and quantity.
∎ Guarantee that the procedures and instructions of stock management are followed.
∎ Ensure follow-up of stocks and pay particular attention to use-by dates of food and medicine.
∎ Draw up a monthly physical inventory and write an inventory report.
∎ Keep all documents related to stock management up to date.
∎ Receive Stock Release Order and arrange deliverable material in advance before delivery date.
∎ Ensure delivery of the items to the delivery location by physical verification at the filed on the delivery date.
∎ Objective 2: Ensure that the stores are Hygienic and Clean:
∎ Check daily that the store is clean and is regularly disinfected and ventilated.
∎ Check the temperature and humidity of the store.
∎ Check the sanitary conditions of new products (absence of parasites).
∎ Ensure pest control facility is on place& make sure daily basis monitoring.
∎ Remove / separate infected & expired products and inform the manager.
∎ Objective 3: Manage Shipments and Transports:
∎ Booking and receiving different shipments and Complete the various dispatch documents.
∎ Supervise preparation and charging of products and equipment.
∎ Objective 4: Check the Quality of the received Goods & items:
∎ Examine the deliveries: quantity, quality, documentation.
∎ Check the sanitary conditions of the products entering into stock.
∎ Report to the line managers for any problem with the quality and quantity.
∎ Objective 5: Additional Tasks as delegated by the Line Managers:
∎ Provide support to the Deputy Logistics manager as needed and when requested by the Deputy Logistic Manager.
∎ Other tasks as delegated by Senior Logistic Manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in store book keeping at site
∎ Experience in inventory job is desired
∎ Experience and ability to examine the deliveries: quantity, quality, documentation.
∎ Proven experience of managing a hygiene promotion program.
∎ Proven experience in management (team management, supervision, activity planning)

Salary: Tk. 36574 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 1 month Gross salary every year;
∎ Provident Fund: 7.5% of Basic Salary;
∎ Performance Bonus: from 30 % to 80% of monthly Gross salary per year depending on performance;
∎ End of Contract Benefits: As per organizational Policy
∎ Medical coverage: 80% hospitalization coverage medical expenses (max limit BDT 120,000 per year);
∎ 18 days of paid annual leaves per year.
∎ 10 days of paid casual leaves per year.
