• Bachelor degree in any discipline

• Age At most 32 years

• Experience in relevant role and industries will get preference.

• Knowledge in GMP, GHP, Workplace Safety etc.

• Experienced in SAP/ERP and manpower handling.

• Good command in MS Excel.

• Responsible for daily warehouse operation, planning and implementing processes and need to manage 20-30 manpower.

• Ensure uninterrupted receiving and delivery accuracy of warehouse operations.

• Ensure warehouse housekeeping and workplace safety.

• Perform accurate data entry in SAP software.

• Do the necessary planning of RM/PM as per production requirement and ensure available stock. Applying FIFO, FEFO method for stock management.

• Preparation of Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports as per the Requirement of the department.

• Conducting Data Entry operation for the collating and updating the reports and ensure the data visibility for the team.

• Physically verify the material received from suppliers as per the PO.

• Lead and motivate the warehouse workforce to get the job done with proper utilization for resources.

• Ensure proper 5S of RM, PM and FG store. Ensure 100% compliance on physical inventory.

• Ensure proper collaboration with Production & QEHS team to comply with local and global requirements.

• Adhere and implement all the safety guidelines during loading/unloading operations.

• Any other task assign by the management.
