Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and coordinate the activities of all the staff members engaged in inventory control and inventory record accuracy.
∎ Manage & track the inventory levels for finished goods and raw materials.
∎ Keep accurate records on the incoming as well as outgoing shipments.
∎ Maintain inventory as required by the sales and operations planning process, customer requirements, production schedules and corporate inventory management objectives.
∎ Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages.
∎ Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus.
∎ Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships.
∎ Drive complex business analysis that identifies opportunities to improve cost structure and profitability.
∎ Responsible for the supervision of all the store operations.
∎ Support production floor in terms of raw material on time availability.
∎ Review the current inventory positions for the raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods and maintain monthly reports such as Material Receipt Report, Material issued, closing stock of raw material, excess raw material, order closing report etc.
∎ Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
∎ Monitor inventory levels and order new items.

∎ Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
∎ Proficient computer skills.
∎ Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
∎ Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
∎ Strong people skills.
∎ Available to work extended hours.
