Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Animation or VFX
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Fine arts / Motion Graphics.
∎ Masters’ degree in any discipline with at least 3 years related experience.
∎ Skills Required: Communication skills in English, Creative mind and Enthusiastic.
∎ Skills Required: creativity and innovation, Excellent communication skill

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create two-dimensional and three-dimensional images depicting objects in motion or illustrating a process, using computer animation or modeling programs. Create computer-generated graphics or animation.
∎ Design complex graphics and animation, using independent judgment, creativity, and computer equipment. Create computer-generated graphics or animation.
∎ Make objects or characters appear lifelike by manipulating light, color, texture, shadow, and transparency, or manipulating static images to give the illusion of motion. Create computer-generated graphics or animation.
∎ Apply story development, directing, cinematography, and editing to animation to create storyboards that show the flow of the animation and map out key scenes and characters.
∎ Prepare production storyboards.
∎ Script, plan, and create animated narrative sequences under tight deadlines, using computer software and hand drawing techniques. Draw detailed or technical illustrations.
∎ Create computer-generated graphics or animation.
∎ Implement and maintain configuration control systems.
∎ Create basic designs, drawings, and illustrations for product labels, cartoons, direct mail, or television.
∎ Create pen-and-paper images to be scanned, edited, colored, textured, or animated by computer. Draw detailed or technical illustrations.
∎ Create computer-generated graphics or animation.fd
∎ Use models to simulate the behavior of animated objects in the finished sequence.
∎ Create computer-generated graphics or animation.
∎ Convert real objects to animated objects through modeling, using techniques such as optical scanning. Convert data among multiple digital or analog formats.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong management experience and ability to work well with a team.
∎ Proven experience in developing and delivering training and of group facilitation.
∎ Demonstrated sensitivity to protection issues, including application of the principle of confidentiality. Ability to exercise sound judgment. Extremely strong communication skills, with good understanding of relevant cross-cultural and sensitive issues.
∎ Excellent qualitative and quantitative reporting skills.
∎ Strong problem-solving and innovation to address gaps and challenges.
∎ Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to produce timely and high quality of work. Demonstrated high level of flexibility, responsiveness, and reliability.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and strong time management skills to meet both short-term and long term objectives.
∎ Fluency in both Bangla and English; Chattogram dialect is an asset.

Salary: Tk. 45000 - 50000 (Monthly)
