• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of visa and documentation processes (Korea preferred).
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

• Manage and process student applications for courses and visas.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of documents.
• Maintain proper records of student files.
• Coordinate with students and guardians to resolve documentation issues.
• Support visa and academic teams to ensure smooth operations.
