Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ From documents collection to final submission handling and overseeing the whole process in timely manner.
∎ Verifying the accuracy of the information provided by the clients. Thereby preparing and checking all relevant documents.
∎ Preparing all fees (as fixed by GDA) quotes, giving input to daily submission of file, providing information required by colleagues.
∎ Remaining up to date with any changes of legislation and to act accordingly.
∎ Compiling, documenting and collecting visa related documents from clients maintaining proper communication with them and effectively negotiating as necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Proficient in English
∎ Experienced in documentation of basic visa requirements, submission procedure, documents uploading etc.
∎ Detailed oriented, can-do attitude, can work efficiently under pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
