∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Communication skill.
∎ Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a MUST.
∎ Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (etc.).
∎ Know how to express a message in a clear and creative way.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Creating and designing various materials for digital and print. Selecting colors, fonts, images, and layouts.
∎ To ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product.
∎ Advising best practices and optimizing throughout design projects.
∎ Developing new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics for the company.
∎ Working with a wide range of media and graphic designing software.
∎ Establishing creative direction for the company within brand guidelines.
∎ Managing multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.
∎ Implementing feedback and changes whenever possible.
∎ Creating visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project.
∎ Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, and similar platforms.
∎ Helping to produce internal sales and marketing materials to promote the company and generate sales.
∎ Designing and developing in-house and associated brand identities, guidelines, and marketing materials.
∎ Staying on top of design trends and contributing new and fresh ideas to the work on a regular basis.
∎ Green Delta Insurance Company Limited is looking for an ambitious and talented Graphic Designer with a serious flair for content creation to join the team. The incumbent will dive deep into our brand identity to create and disseminate compelling and stunning content with graphical representation. Individuals who are ready to join our ever-growing team at an important stage and ready to actively contribute to push the boundaries in terms of the content we produce. Being our graphic designer and content creator, the resource will be responsible for creating a variety of content with graphical presentation for all levels of the marketing funnel as well as, assisting our customer engagement team to create the most visually engaging, informative content for our customers.
