• Provide expert guidance on visa processes (Study, Tourist, Work, Immigration).

• Review and evaluate visa applications and supporting documents

• Handle client consultations confidently and professionally.

• Conduct applicant interviews when required

• Verify personal, financial, and travel-related information

• Ensure compliance with immigration laws, regulations, and policies

• Identify fraudulent or incomplete applications and take appropriate action

• Maintain accurate records and case files

• Communicate decisions clearly to applicants and relevant authorities

• Liaise with embassies, consulates, and government agencies

• Provide guidance to applicants regarding visa requirements and procedures

• Handle client consultations confidently and professionally.

• Assess client eligibility and recommend suitable visa options.

• Prepare, review, and submit visa applications accurately.

• Maintain strong follow-up with clients until visa decision.

• Coordinate with embassies, agents, and internal teams.

• Maintain proper documentation and client records.

• Achieve monthly consultation and conversion targets.
