Client Consultation:

• Meet with clients to understand their visa needs and goals.
• Provide advice on the most suitable visa options based on the client's profile.

Document Preparation:

• Assist clients in preparing and organizing required documentation for visa applications. Review documents to ensure they meet the standards required by immigration authorities.

Application Assistance:

• Guide clients through the visa application process, step-by-step.
• Help clients complete visa application forms accurately.

Interview Preparation:

• Prepare clients for visa interviews, including conducting mock interviews and providing tips.
• Advise clients on how to present their case effectively to visa officers.

Follow-up and Support:

• Follow up with clients regarding their application status and any additional requirements. Provide post-application support, including handling rejections and appeals.

Educational Workshops and Seminars:

• Conduct informational sessions on visa application processes and requirements. Educate clients about potential challenges and how to overcome them.

Market Research:

• Stay informed about changes in visa policies and global migration trends.
• Research and provide updates on new visa opportunities and destinations.
