∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Immigration/Visa Processing, Tour Operator, Travel Agent
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visa Department Responsibilities:
∎ Demonstrate a strong understanding of the visa application process, embassy formalities, and documentation requirements.
∎ Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ Oversee and manage the visa department, ensuring efficient operations and delivering exceptional customer service.
∎ Establish effective communication channels with visa agencies, embassies, travel agents, passport offices, customs, and immigration authorities.
∎ Ensure compliance with visa regulations and stay up-to-date with any changes or updates.
∎ Provide expert advice to clients on visa requirements and assist them throughout the visa application process.
∎ Prepare necessary documents, complete forms accurately, and maintain organized files and records.
∎ Coordinate with external agencies, embassies, and consulates to obtain visas and resolve any visa-related issues to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
∎ Customer Service Responsibilities:
∎ Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls and emails, addressing inquiries and redirecting calls as required.
∎ Maintain a professional and courteous manner when dealing with clients.
∎ Provide efficient and accurate information regarding visa services and other travel-related inquiries.
∎ Sales Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote visa services and increase sales.
∎ Design, develop, and promote tour packages, both domestic and international, while providing comprehensive details about the packages.
∎ Engage in strategic planning and execution of travel products and itineraries tailored to clients' preferences.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Leadership and Good Communication skill, Visa Processing
∎ Smart, well dressed, organized, presentable and well mannered.
∎ Excellent Bengali & English Communication Skill especially client handle, official work & formal emails.
∎ Should have good communication and computer knowledge.
∎ Should know computer basic knowledge (MS Word-Excel typing, emailing & Internet)
Salary:
∎ Tk. 17000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Minimum & Maximum salary is mentioned although it is negotiable.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Tour allowance, Performance bonus, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
