∎ Training/Trade Course: Tourism and Hospitality
∎ Skills Required: Cold Calling, Effective Communication
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
package tour, Tour Guide, tour packaging, Travel management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Tour Operator, Travel Agent
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan tours in various spots in Bangladesh.
∎ Guide tourist about spots, collaborate with hospitality.
∎ Visit around tour spots and get back safely.
∎ Communicate with tourist with cold calling.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Leadership and Good Communication skill,
∎ Smart, well dressed, organized, presentable and well mannered.
∎ Excellent Bengali & English Communication Skill especially client handle, official work & formal emails.
∎ Should have good communication and geographic knowledge.
∎ Must be well known about tourist places around Bangladesh.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 17000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Minimum & Maximum salary is mentioned although it is negotiable.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Tour allowance, Performance bonus, Over time allowance, Mobile bill
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ One abroad tour allowance in a year.
