- Must have a laptop or desktop computer with an internet connection to be able to work from home when required
- Strong skills in English, MS Word, Email, Internet browsing, Facebook, YouTube, Canva, etc.
- Must be smart, presentable, well-organised, and punctual
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and a “can-do” attitude is essential
- Patience and good phone manners are a must
- Working knowledge of Canva will be an added advantage
Responsibilities & Context:
Location: Gulshan, Dhaka
Office Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM |
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete visa application processes from start to finish
- Accurately fill out online visa forms and manage appointments
- Maintain regular communication with clients through Email, WhatsApp, and phone
- Assist clients with document preparation, guidelines, and application tracking
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of client information
- Support clients throughout the entire process until visa decision
