Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 8 years' working experience in the development sectors (NoB level)
∎ Candidates having extensive experience of working in child protection program including Violence against Children and Women and Harmful Practices will be prioritize
∎ Demonstrate strong competencies in drive for results, communication, capacity building and working with people. Knowledge of the child protection programmes is essential
∎ Experience in working with government counterparts and civil society organizations will be an asset
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills on programmatic perspectives in Bangla & English
∎ Fluency in Bangla and English required
∎ Willingness to travel frequently, including hard to reach and remote areas

Salary:
∎ Consultancy Cost: The Consultant will get BDT 225,000 per month. The Consultant will be home based, duty station will be Dhaka and weekly mission for an equivalent of 3 days will be undertaken to the respective zone. Transportation costs will be covered by weekly field mission. Consultant will be responsible to pay all taxes as per government rules and regulations. E-Zone will make statutory deductions towards income tax as per government rules and regulations
