∎ Bachelor's degree of Media & Communication/Journalism/Photography/CSE.
∎ Two years practical experience in related filed.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assembling raw footage and transferring or uploading to computer.
∎ Following a script, screenplay or outline.
∎ Inputting sound to enhance footage, which may include selecting music and writing voice-overs.
∎ Inputting graphics to enhance footage.
∎ Digitally splicing film and video and synchronizing them into one rough cut film.
∎ Improving and correcting lighting, coloring and faulty footage.
∎ Working closely with directory to present a final product that matches his or her vision.
∎ Assisting in the creation and refinement of scripts, project concepts, and other materials.
∎ Creating and managing a budget for all production costs and expenses.
∎ Scheduling all tasks within the video production process.
∎ Locating, checking, and booking shooting venues.
∎ Working with editors to oversee the project's finalization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ A minimum of 2 years' experience working on film sets or as part of a production team.
∎ In-depth knowledge of video production processes and activities.
∎ Skilled at negotiation, planning, and budgeting.
∎ Able to lead a production team and manage several tasks at once.
∎ Calm under pressure and comfortable with a fast-paced work environment.
∎ Problem-solving skills, deadline-focused, and goal-driven.
∎ Meticulous in their work with high standards of excellence.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Confident, passionate, and professional.
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Weekly 2 holidays
