Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA (major in Finance) with minimum CGPA of 3.00;

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 9 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a strong pipeline of quality investment opportunities under infrastructure, PPP and other relevant windows;
∎ Develop innovative and appropriate financial products and structures;
∎ Develop and maintain close relationship with clients, regulators, PPP office & line ministries, co-financiers & development partners etc.;
∎ Supervise team members ensuring adequate capacity building and teamwork.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Strong command in developing business strategies, financial and technical analysis, and relationship management;
∎ Strong written and oral communication skills in Bengali& English;
∎ Ability to lead a team and work independently with minimum supervision;
∎ Minimum 9 years relevant work experience in bank/financial institutions.

Salary: Tk. 155077 (Monthly)
