Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/Masters in Accounting with minimum CGPA of 3.00;

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure timely generation of periodic financial reports for internal and external stakeholders;
∎ Act as the key business partner for functional units to determine reporting needs, advise on proposed arrangements, and coordinate system updates;
∎ Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements;
∎ Identify accounting control gaps and resolve discrepancies/deviations;
∎ Implement process improvements and automation;
∎ Prepare bank reconciliation, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets accounting, and year-end closing entries;
∎ Deal with corporate tax matters and ensure timely submission of tax returns;
∎ Coordinate with auditors in carrying out internal and external audit.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ At least 2-3 years of relevant experience with any reputed bank/FI/audit firm;
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills in Bengali and English;
∎ Knowledge of computerized accounting and record keeping system.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Assistant Manager: BDT 93,045 + Festival Bonus + LFA + Gratuity + other benefits as per company policy
∎ Senior Officer: BDT 81,414 + Festival Bonus + LFA + Gratuity + other benefits as per company policy
