Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) in Bachelors degree in design, computer science andor engineering, or a related field
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and define design goals.
∎ • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
∎ • Create user personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
∎ • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with industry best practices, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards.
∎ • Develop a deep understanding of our users and their behaviors and apply this knowledge to create engaging and delightful user experiences.
∎ • Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data analysis to continuously improve the UI/UX of our products.
∎ • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs and provide guidance during the development process.
∎ • Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and proactively share knowledge and insights with the team.
∎ • Maintain and contribute to the design system, style guides, and other design-related
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ • Strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of user-centered design
∎ principles and showcasing successful UI/UX projects.
∎ • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD,
∎ Axure, or similar software.
∎ • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights
∎ into actionable design recommendations.
∎ • Solid understanding of information architecture, interaction design, visual
∎ design, and responsive design principles.
∎ • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively
∎ present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
∎ • A keen eye for detail, along with the ability to balance user needs, business
∎ requirements, and technical constraints.
∎ • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically
∎ about design solutions.
∎ • Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
∎ • Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and
∎ JavaScript is a plus.
