∎ 4 to 6 year(s)

Investment/Merchant Banking, IT Enabled Service, Software Company, Telecommunication
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Turn initial ideas into working designs starting from gathering requirements.
∎ Produce elegant solutions which take into account both user needs and business goals. Creating user personas, wireframe, UI design, prototypes, and usability testing
∎ Concept development - making those initial ideas more real, turning high-level ideas into working designs, and making them feasible for development.
∎ Closely working with the Development team to prepare UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how the product/ service/ feature functions and looks like in alignment of key stakeholders
∎ Develop sound UX concepts, including the definition of customer needs, task analysis, and the creation of personas, storyboards, user flows, and use cases
∎ Designing and developing synchronous style and design guideline that reflects uniformity and upholds the brand image
Additional Requirements:
∎ Fluency in using Adobe Creative Suite, A/B testing, Benchmark testing, Usability testing, Statistical analysis, User interview, User survey
∎ Experience in Illustration & Visual design, Storyboarding, User flows, Wireframing, Prototyping, Interaction design.
∎ Apply conceptual thinking to create world-class digital services across multiple platforms, smartly bringing together user needs, business goals, and technical realities
∎ Participate as a contributor to an interdisciplinary team that includes other designers, project management, business and brand strategists, and software developers
∎ Work closely with development teams to ensure that design specifications are implemented
∎ Come up with creative solutions to problems that evaluate and assess user, business & technical goals, and needs
