Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Skills Required: Adobe Photoshop illustrator, Adobe XD, Figma, HTML CSS, UIUX Design
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with project managers.
∎ Visualize the full flow of user experience and define the full flow of a user story with prototypes, screen designs, wireframes, storyboards, etc.
∎ Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and mind maps for the application.
∎ Work with the frontend developers, providing them with all necessary assets, styling, and sources to build the UI.
∎ Design graphics user interfaces elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets.
∎ Full knowledge of developing responsive UI designs, mobile/tablet UI UX.
∎ Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how the application functions and looks like.
∎ Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
∎ Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.
∎ Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong English/Bangla speaking and communication skills
∎ Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer particularly as UX designer.
∎ Strong understanding of user experience, customer/industrial psychology.
∎ Experience using Bootstrap CSS, material designs.
∎ Expert in designing mind maps and user experiences.
∎ Portfolio of design projects.
∎ Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe (XD, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma.
∎ Experience in designing mockups and detail-oriented prototypes.
∎ Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
∎ Experience in collaborating with the frontend developers to demonstrate the user experience and export the needful assets.
∎ Knowledge of Material design & Human Interface guidelines.
∎ Strong conceptual skills, sophisticated design sensibilities
∎ Ability to offer a variety of design solutions
∎ Professional attitude in design works
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
