Job Context:
∎ Lolking For : Experienced UI/ UX Designer
∎ A Global ERP company, specialized in Public Sector large scale automation, is looking for UI/UX Designer for Technology Team.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
∎ Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
∎ Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
∎ Build page navigation buttons and search fields
∎ Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
∎ Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
∎ Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
∎ Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
∎ Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
∎ Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
∎ Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies
∎ Experience with Angular, React or Vue.js
∎ Experience with Bootstrap / Material UI / Material Design
∎ Ability to convert UI/UX design to Angular component design
∎ Write high-performance, reusable code for UI components
∎ Write clean code that is tested
∎ Have a good to great design sense

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven work experience as a UI Designer or similar role
∎ Portfolio of design projects
∎ Knowledge of wireframe tools (Marvel, Swift, etc.)
∎ Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop etc.
∎ Experience in designing and iterating on web apps
∎ Quantitative and user behavior analysis skills
∎ Excellent written and verbal communicator
∎ Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Bootstrap or equivalent framework
∎ Passion for creating experiences in online environments
∎ Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
∎ Strong time-management skills
∎ An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
∎ Excellent multitasking skills
