Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree in Fine Arts / Digital Arts / Graphic Design etc from reputed design and art institute
∎ Formal training on UX or HFI Certified CUA is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop user-driven information architecture and engage in user-centered task or tool.
∎ Develop design strategy and create user profiles, personas and scenarios
∎ Make strategical decisions and recommendations to improve visual design-including layout, color, graphics, icons, and text choice
∎ Implement effective usability-based content organization and treatment methods
∎ Optimize interaction through appropriate controls and error and feedback design
∎ Create screens and pages that control user focus, match user's expectations and optimize efficiency and usability
∎ Have detailed knowledge on website and application design strategies differ and overlap User-centered design sphere of influence into the domains of UX, accessibility, and cross-cultural design
∎ Develop and run appropriate usability testing models and methods for all Banglalink Digital Products.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3-4 years of experience
∎ In-depth understanding experience of human-centric design.
∎ Complete understanding in User-centric analysis
∎ Thorough knowledge ineffective app and web application design
∎ Knowledge to drive usability testing and design prototypes.
∎ Sound knowledge in Figma, Invision, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
