∎ Bachelor/Honors in any discipline

∎ Some experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
∎ Excellent communication skills in both Bengali and English.
∎ Good computer skills, especially with office software (like Microsoft Word, Excel).
∎ Comfortable and confident in front of a camera for video shoots, including live broadcasts.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Consult and Advise: Talk to customers to understand their travel dreams and suggest the best flight tickets, tour packages, and visa services.
∎ Sales and Bookings: Actively sell our travel products and services, including booking flights, hotels, and processing visa applications.
∎ Information Provider: Give clear and accurate information about travel rules, visa requirements, airline schedules, and pricing.
∎ Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary travel documents, ensuring everything is correct.
∎ Relationship Building: Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers to encourage them to choose us for future travel.
∎ Sales Targets: Work towards achieving individual and team sales goals.
∎ Video Content Creation: Participate in and lead live video shoots and other video productions for our social media channels (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
∎ Social Media Engagement: Contribute to creating engaging social media content that promotes our services and connects with our audience.

∎ Job Summary: As a Travel Consultant, you'll be the go-to person for our customers' travel plans. You'll do more than just sell; you'll advise them on the best travel packages, flight options, and visa procedures. Your main goal is to help customers have a smooth and enjoyable travel experience, which in turn helps us achieve our sales targets.
