Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a Travel and Tour Consultant at "Yuko Leather Goods is a sister concern of an online travel
∎ agency.", you will play a pivotal role in providing expert guidance to our clients for their travel
∎ needs. Your responsibilities will include:
∎ Offer expert advice and recommendations to clients on travel destinations, itineraries, and accommodations.
∎ Tailor travel packages based on clients' preferences, budget, and special requirements.
∎ Make flight, hotel, transportation, and tour/activity reservations efficiently.
∎ Assist clients with visa applications, travel insurance, handle visa processing, passport requirements, and other travel-related documentation for clients.
∎ Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and personalized assistance.
∎ Stay updated on travel trends, popular destinations, and emerging travel experiences.
∎ Address any travel-related issues or emergencies that may arise during a client's journey.
∎ Promote travel packages and special offers to maximize sales and revenue.
∎ Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the travel and tourism industry, including trends, destinations, and emerging markets.
∎ Stay updated with the company's travel products, services, and packages to provide accurate information to customers.
∎ Assist customers in planning and booking travel itineraries, answering inquiries, and resolving issues related to their travel plans.
∎ Create customized travel packages based on customers' preferences and budget.
∎ Collaborate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
∎ Utilize travel booking systems and online resources effectively.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Familiarity with productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Strong organizational skills.
∎ Positive attitude and good communication skills.
∎ Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
