What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a travel agency operations role, ideally with OTA and IATA/BSP exposure
• Strong knowledge of online platforms, B2B sales, and corporate travel solutions
• Understanding of GDS systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus) and API integrations
• Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable working remotely, managing cross-functional teams

• Oversee daily travel operations, ensuring smooth functioning of B2B and B2C platforms
• Manage and monitor BSP/IATA accounting processes to ensure timely reconciliation and compliance
• Supervise and coordinate with the accounting team to ensure error-free invoicing, collections, and supplier settlements
• Ensure operational integrity of online booking systems and third-party integrations (GDS/API)
• Optimize travel inventory and pricing strategy across sales channels
• Build and support relationships with airline partners, consolidators, and corporate clients
• Lead internal team coordination across ticketing, sales, support, and technical units
• Monitor KPI metrics and prepare operations and performance reports for management
• Stay updated on industry compliance, airline policies, and tech advancements
