Job Responsibilities:
∎ The overall coordination for the operation and management of transportation activities.
∎ Routine maintenance related to transport maintenance, vehicle fuel consumption, new vehicle registration, vehicle license/certificate, registration, vehicle safety etc. And report it to the head of the department.
∎ Vehicle documents as required like (tax, token, fitness, insurance, license etc.) should always be updated and if a new vehicle is required registration must be done.
∎ Arrangement of company vehicles maintenance, preparation of time schedules and supervision.
∎ Vehicle log books and vehicle maintenance repairs including and records of maintenance work should be kept in a systematic manner.
∎ All those vehicles whose license has expired that's all those licenses/certificates should be updated on time and new licenses should be procured of collection.
∎ Strictly fuel consumption ratios should be maintained and accurate inventory of fuel consumption components should be maintained and checked regularly.
∎ Drivers should be advised regularly for vehicle maintenance.
∎ Must maintain good relationship with drivers and relevant persons.
∎ Any others' problems that are encountered as soon as possible must be informed immediately departmental head.
∎ The bill of fuel consumption should be passed from the head of the department on time.
∎ Any other work as assigned by the concerned authority shall be done.
