Responsibilities & Context:
Manage and supervise company vehicles and drivers
Plan and optimize transport routes for timely delivery
Ensure proper maintenance and servicing of vehicles
Monitor fuel usage and control transport costs
Maintain transport records, logbooks, and reports
Ensure compliance with traffic rules and safety regulations
Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and distribution teams
Handle emergency transport issues and delays
