∎ BSC Engineering in Electrical & Electronics or Telecommunication from any UGC approved university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement appropriate technology in the wireless network by studying the latest technology & by making feasible plans.
∎ Coordinate with vendors about their new product/features in hardware & software and finalize the HLD (High Level Design) for the new technology or architecture to be incorporated in the transport network
∎ Prepare transmission solution for the addition of any new network element covering 2G/3G/4G Single/Dual Carrier and ensure necessary capacity in existing network
∎ Analyze the Infrastructure sharing possibilities both as provider & seeker and finalize the solution either in-house or through NTTN
∎ Assist in preparation of the equipment dimensioning/BOQ as per capacity requirement during budget time in wireless domain
∎ Plan and review vendor distribution and ordering sequence, forecast and supervise equipment dimensioning and prepare BOQs & take initiative to purchase equipment through procurement channel
∎ Ensure that transport network KPI's in the Access (MW) domain and identify issues in the KPI's to come up with solutions

Additional Requirements:
∎ Fundamental Knowledge of GSM Technology & Architecture
∎ Proficient Knowledge of Transmission Design and Dimension
∎ In-depth Knowledge of 3G Transmission and Architecture
∎ Essential Knowledge of IP Transmission and Architecture
