∎ BSC Engineering in Electrical & Electronics or Telecommunication from any UGC approved university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Study local & international industry standard guidelines to set transmission strategy & architecture
∎ Supervise to prepare transmission network topology, architecture using access transmission media
∎ Analyze Transmission service management Master plan, supervise and monitor the preparation of business plan and budget related to all domains
∎ Supervise and Prepare the equipment dimensioning/BOQ as per capacity requirement during budget time in all domains
∎ Technological verification of any new feature/solution implementation based on network requirement
∎ Supervise & audit for the Transmission Network access & backbone equipment
Additional Requirements:
∎ 8-10 years of relevant experience with 4-5 years at a managerial role
∎ Required Capabilities
∎ Fundamental Knowledge of GSM Technology & Architecture
∎ Proficient Knowledge of Transmission Design and Dimension
∎ In depth Knowledge of 3G Transmission and Architecture
∎ Essential Knowledge of IP Transmission and Architecture
∎ Sound Knowledge in 4G Transmission Design & Dimension
∎ Basic Knowledge of 5G Transmission and Architecture
∎ Sound knowledge of market/industry trends within Engineering context
∎ Sound grip on operations management
∎ Preferred Industry/Company
∎ Telecommunication
