∎ Develop sewing skills curriculum and ensure consistent training delivery.
∎ Maintain training records and submit reports to management.
∎ Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
∎ Promote a positive learning environment to build operator confidence and skills.
∎ Coordinate with production and quality teams to align training with operational needs.
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge about the training center.
