Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS/ Master's in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain safe and clean training center by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
∎ Arrange physical set up of training rooms prior to trainings and ensure the training rooms are rearranged after training completion.
∎ Regularly check facilities and ensure facilities maintenance requests are addressed immediately.
∎ Support training manager in effectively marketing MSB training to external agencies by visiting these agencies, Making presentations etc. as and when appropriate.
∎ Ensure the training equipment, instruments and models are kept in safe and appropriate places.
∎ Welcome trainees to facility and provide an orientation on housekeeping, safety and other relevant topics.
∎ Responsible for occupancy of target for training vanue and dormitory.
∎ Provide word-processing and secretarial support to Training Center - Manager as required.
∎ Assist in the logistical and administrative planning and preparation of meetings and trainings.
∎ Organise catering as required.
∎ Input data into staff and client databases as required. Good presentation, writing and spoken communication skills both in English & Bengali are essential.
∎ Willing to travel outside of Dhaka.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate should have 3 years working experiences in relevant fields.
