Education:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ 1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
∎ 2. At least 3-5 years of experience in training and development, HR, or a similar role, preferably in the RMG industry.
∎ 3. Strong knowledge of training methodologies, instructional design, and adult learning principles.4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ 5. Ability to manage multiple training programs, assess needs, evaluate effectiveness, analyze data, and build strong relationships across all levels.
∎ 6. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Identify skill gaps and training needs, and create an annual training schedule aligned with organizational goals.
∎ 2. Develop and assess training programs to ensure effectiveness, making improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
∎ 3. Conduct orientation sessions and coordinate induction programs to equip new employees with the necessary skills.
∎ 4. Organize and lead workshops, while supporting individual development plans to enhance employee skills.
∎ 5. Work closely with department heads to ensure training initiatives align with company objectives and compliance requirements.
∎ 6. Accurate training records and promote a culture of continuous learning and development across the organization.
