∎ Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills both in written and speaking in English
∎ Familiar with MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), E-Mail Management, HRIS, Adobe Photoshop
∎ Disciplined, Energetic, Good Negotiator, Honest, Team Player, etc.
∎ Must be interested in training for continuous professional development.

∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Performance appraisal, Training Facilitation

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Determine training needs and requirements for employee or group by meeting with Managers, talking with employees and surveys.
∎ Prepare and develop different training module, course materials and training manuals to meet specific training needs.
∎ Oversees training programmes that include web based, printed manuals, group sessions, training videos and other relevant process.
∎ Prepare training calendar, schedules training sessions, organizes information technology and other equipment and managers course enrolment.
∎ Presents in person and online based training sessions for different planned training courses as per yearly training calendar.
∎ Monitors training programmes and manuals to ensure that they are effective and up to date
∎ Ensure employee on boarding and orientation training has been completed on time
∎ Prepare and co ordinate expat induction module in line with respective departments
∎ Provide assistance while conducting staff assessment, staff performance evaluations, goal settings
∎ Collect & compile employees performance feedback from different team
∎ Prepare appraisal report with combined date for Management
∎ Initiate and manage internal employee engagement activities
∎ Planning and implementation of various employee motivation initiatives.
