∎ At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in training and facilitating entrepreneurship or business development.
∎ Experienced in working with youth, micro-entrepreneurs, and underprivileged target groups.
∎ Ability to create training modules, curriculum, and presentations for Entrepreneurship Development Training.
∎ Applicants must possess excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English and Bangla.
∎ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and tasks efficiently in a high-stress environment.
∎ Excellent time management skills, resourcefulness, with strong attention to detail.
∎ Excellent computer literacy in MS Office programs (specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Google Workplace.
∎ Compelling presentation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and develop comprehensive training programs aligned with the project's objectives and target audience.
∎ Develop training materials, resources, and interactive activities to facilitate skill development.
∎ Create training modules, curriculum, and presentations for Entrepreneurship Development Training (EDT).
∎ Ensure training programs are culturally appropriate, gender-sensitive, and accessible to diverse groups of participants.
∎ Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions.
∎ Utilize effective instructional techniques, including presentations, group discussions, role-plays, case studies, and experiential learning exercises.
∎ Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through various assessment methods, including participant feedback, pre- and post-training evaluations, and skill demonstrations.

∎ Truvalu.enterprises Limited is looking for enthusiastic trainers to provide different entrepreneurship training across Bangladesh. The position holder needs to have sound technical knowledge of employability skills, entrepreneurship development and a strong understanding of what makes an effective skill training program.

∎ JOB OBJECTIVES:
∎ The trainer will be responsible for delivering entrepreneurship development sessions and monitoring the training participants. The trainer will assess training needs, develop training programs, deliver training sessions, provide feedback, evaluate training effectiveness, and stay updated with the latest trends in entrepreneurship development.
∎ JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
