∎ • Industry certifications in Cisco Cyber Ops or related areas.
∎ • Proven experience in cybersecurity operations or as a trainer in a cybersecurity domain.
∎ • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.
∎ • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar are highly desirable.
∎ • Excellent communication and instructional skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in an understandable manner.
∎ • Experience with online training tools and platforms is a plus.
∎ • Experience with other Cyber Ops tools.
∎ • Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment Cyber Ops tools.
∎ • Prior experience in curriculum development.
∎ • Vendor certification will Add Extra advantage.

∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on cybersecurity operations, including incident response, threat detection, and security monitoring.
∎ • Create detailed course materials, including slides, exercises, and hands-on projects.
∎ • Provide individual coaching and mentorship to students.
∎ • Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
∎ • Develop and update training materials and curricula to reflect current industry practices and technologies.
∎ • Assess participant progress through evaluations and practical exercises, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.
∎ • Create and maintain a dynamic and engaging learning environment.
∎ • Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and tools to ensure training relevance.
∎ • Customize training approaches based on audience expertise and learning needs.
∎ • Collaborate with other cybersecurity professionals to refine and improve training content.
∎ • Participate in industry events and conferences to represent the company and promote its training programs.
