Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors in any discipline from any recognised university/ institution.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Arrange and conduct job readiness training for the Career Hub participants.
∎ Understand the need of the participants and assist in developing training materials accordingly.
∎ Assist in developing a training package that includes the duration of the training, scheduling, numbers of batch and batch size, session plan, trainees’ handout etc.
∎ Evaluate the post-training session, taking feedback and preparing suggestions to improve.
∎ Follow up with the participants after training to gain meaningful outcomes.
∎ Visit different partner training centres/ workplaces for Technical and Theoretical class to follow up/ observe for quality training.
∎ Prepare relevant reports and documentation as required by projects and share them with project stakeholders and supervisor.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Preference will be given to the candidates having minimum one year of work experience in facilitation or training.
∎ Sound knowledge of job market, career and soft skills.
∎ Sound communication skills.
