∎ Minimum four Years Bachelor degree or in IT/ITES/CSE or other relevant subjects.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
∎ Test and review created materials
∎ Maintain database of all training materials
∎ Conduct training through new materials
∎ Review performance and learning
∎ Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes
∎ Prepare daily agenda for training class
∎ Prepare daily report and give an update to the project office
∎ Collaborate and coordinate with Project Coordinator & Project Manager
∎ Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, and equipment
∎ Maintain all training materials in appropriate databases.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The Trainer must have in-depth knowledge, skill, and experience in all levels (relevant) of Cross platform Mobile application development pipeline.
∎ Applicants must be updated on contemporary technology, trend, and culture and must have interest on upcoming trend and technology also.
∎ Applicant must demonstrate remarkable problem solving ability in technical, creative, and conceptual manners.
∎ Applicant must have at least 5 (Five) years of Mobile App development (Cross platform) teaching experience in any well reputed educational or training institution.
∎ Experience with, C++ ,HTML,CSS, Java script, Java, OOP, DART, Flutter
∎ Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
∎ Experience with JSON concepts and REST APIs
∎ Strong knowledge of Flutter UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
∎ Experience working with customers and partners
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
∎ Ability to work in a dynamic, fast moving and growing environment
∎ Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
∎ Ability to design applications around natural user interfaces, such as “touch”
∎ Familiarity with the use of additional sensors, such as gyroscopes and accelerometers
∎ Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks
∎ Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
∎ A knack for benchmarking and optimization
∎ Understanding of Flutter design principles and interface guidelines
∎ Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
∎ Applicant must be good at written and oral communication in both Bengali and English
∎ Excellent knowledge in mobile apps development
∎ Sound knowledge in Cross-Platform (Flutter)
∎ Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software
∎ Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms
∎ Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ At least 5 years experiences in the relevant field, applicant who has experiences in Government Sector, he/she get preferences
