Job Responsibilities:
∎ WordPress: Basic knowledge of WordPress, Plugins, and Themes.
∎ Knowledge of DNS and SSL.
∎ You understand the usage of file systems and the tools for remotely managing web content on a web or file server.
∎ Basic knowledge of Linux Command Line.
∎ Need to handle incoming calls to prospective customers pertaining to the Client's business.
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
∎ Perform every call actively to solve the client's problem.
∎ Must be knowledgeable about email, web chat.
∎ Report from time to time to the team leader for complicated issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Thorough knowledge of local ISP and their practices, network operations, computer systems and their management in order to provide continued and effective operational support.
∎ Working knowledge of web languages, web design, graphics, multimedia, and browsers is also required. Knowledge of telecommunications, computer security policies, management advisory services, equipment, and software acquisition procedures required.
∎ Have a thorough knowledge of LANs and WANs, common software, backup, and networking.
∎ Techniques for explaining technical concepts and procedures to non-technical users.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Computer Hardware/ Network Companies, Domain and Hosting, Software Companies, Enabled Service
∎ Working knowledge of Cpanel and WHM & WHMCS
∎ Open source content management systems.
∎ Understanding of the core error codes associated with web hosting (eg. 404 etc
∎ Experience supporting web backend systems.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Skilled understanding of Apache web servers.
∎ Understanding of HTML, CSS, PHP, and cross-browser development and debugging.
∎ Experience with databases, specifically MySQL or NoSQL systems.
∎ Familiar with security methods and practices to facilitate the protection of the consumer's private information & strong interest in web security projects.
∎ Strong interest, awareness, and aptitude to learn about and work on web security issues and projects.
∎ Dedication, teamwork, and professionalism.
∎ Responsible.
∎ Required to be able to work flexible hours, occasionally available to work weekends or off-hours.
