Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor the SME –Medium Business. Responsible day to day existing account renewal, enhancement, portfolio management issues, develop new business to enrich the portfolio and peruse growth opportunity and increase wallet -share of existing business
∎ Stock visit is the primary responsibility. He has to visit stock of every client once in a quarter
∎ Negotiate with customers in order to add good quality assets to the bank’s portfolio. Improve portfolio profitability by earning more fee based income
∎ Demonstrated pro-active ownership and expertise in managing credit risk and optimizing risk capital usage
∎ Ensure adherence to applicable rules and regulations of both internal policies and BB policies
∎ Help to manage the Audit & Risk Control Standards associated with the product & sales of SME-Medium business. Ensure adherence to applicable rules and regulations of both internal policies and BB policies

∎ Develop strong working relations with clients to ensure strong customer satisfaction.
∎ Earn trusted advisor status by integrating corporate finance ideas and multi-product solutions to help clients navigate complex capital structure, strategic funding and risk management issues
∎ Proactively use financial analysis skills to identify the capital market needs of the client

Salary:
∎ Tk. 45000 (Monthly)
∎ Trainee Relationship Manager will join as "Senior Officer" with 6 months learning attachment with a gross salary of BDT. 45,000/- per months.
After the successful completion of learning attachment, the gross salary will be increased to BDT. 50,000/- per month and the designation will be "Assistant Relationship Manager".
