∎ Bachelor or Masters in CSE/EEE/ ETE from reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide day-to-day IT Operations and maintenance support (IT Support and Broadcast IT support) in order to transmit uninterruptedly
∎ Provide continuous IT support to the MCR (Master Control Room), PCR (Production Control Room) and Ingest team to ensure uninterrupted and smooth functioning of all the departments
∎ Provide IT support for error free audio and video editing and ensure proper functioning of the hardware and software
∎ Provide hardware support and conduct troubleshooting to resolve problems all the departments of Kazi Media Limited
∎ Manage the deployment, development, monitoring, maintenance, upgrading and support of organizational
∎ IT network systems including operating systems, servers, PCs, software, ERP, Email and IP phones
∎ Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report of variance and troubleshooting and communicate with department head
Salary:
