Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide day-to-day IT operations and maintenance support for IT and broadcast IT to ensure uninterrupted transmission.
∎ Offer continuous IT support to the MCR (Master Control Room), PCR (Production Control Room), and Ingest team to ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
∎ Ensure error-free audio and video editing by providing IT support and ensuring proper functioning of related hardware and software.
∎ Provide hardware support and conduct troubleshooting to resolve problems across all departments.
∎ Manage the deployment, development, monitoring, maintenance, upgrading, and support of organizational IT network systems, including operating systems, servers, PCs, software, ERP, email, and IP phones
